Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 DLC The so-called "DLC", or downloadable content, for Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2, which is expected by many to be the best game already released so far in 2014, is finally arriving this month. This will be the second DLC pack released for the game; it was originally announced that there would be more than one. It has been revealed that Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2: Reverie will contain five new levels and boss fights. All in all, Reverie will include five new levels for you to explore along with five challenging boss fights. Some of the iconic bosses that you'll encounter include the Great Dragon, which can be seen in the preview image above. You'll have to be careful when you are facing it, especially if you are playing on anything other than easy mode because it is said to have a considerably difficult nature to it. The five levels included in this DLC pack will be based around certain areas from the main game. These include the Dragon Aerie, the Great Stairway, Forgotten Ruins, Lion's Sanctuary and Pinnacle Chamber. The video below will give you a further explanation of what these areas are all about. In addition to all of the new maps you'll be able to explore, there is a wealth of artwork that can be unlocked for your viewing pleasure as well as a plethora of different achievements that you'll have to unlock as well. These achievements will be available to unlock regardless if you purchase the DLC or not. If you did remember, there was a previous DLC pack released for Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2. This one was called Revelations and it was available to download for free upon the games release in 2014. It will be replaced by Reverie when it is officially available for download on August 3rd, 2015. The price of the Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2: Reverie DLC pack is $9.99 and will be made available for download on August 3rd, 2015. It will be available for download on the Xbox Live Marketplace for the Xbox One and the PSN Store for PS3 and PS4. This DLC pack is considered to be a must-have item for all fans of Castlevania Lords of Shadow 2 and is also recommended for newcomers to the franchise. Looking forward into other DLC that will be releasing in the future, it has been confirmed that another DLC pack will be coming out later this year.
